To work with the sales team in planning and marketing of products to international market.
	In charge of overall product development program management which includes design, sourcing, product launching, supply chain and delivery management.
	Plan and execute short and long term business strategy targeting at international market.
	To plan and conduct regular product training for both internal and external customers.
	To collate and analyze market trend, pricing as well as to work with market intelligence on market demand and consumers’ needs.
	Sourcing of new vendors and enhance working relationships with suppliers.
	Responsible for tabulation of report on vendor evaluation and identification, product development as well as and price negotiation.
	Conduct vendor’s audit to ensure compliance.
	Work in partnership with other functional areas and vendors to ensure achievement of project objectives.

Requirements:

	At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
	Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
	Relevant experience and exposure in merchandising and supply chain is essential.
	Experience in retail and buying houses would be an added advantage.
	Excellent communication and presentation skills.
	Confident with a pleasant disposition.
	Self-motivated, independent, goal oriented and has a flair for creativity.
